To ensure your lip color heals beautifully and lasts well, please follow the guidelines below for about one week after your procedure.

💫 Swelling & Color Development

After the procedure, your lips may appear plumper—similar to right after a hyaluronic acid filler.
This is completely normal and usually subsides within about a week, although it may vary depending on the individual.
Around 4 weeks post-treatment, the color will soften and develop a more natural, transparent finish.
Starting the day after the procedure, apply a clear lip balm as needed to keep your lips moisturized.

🩹 Healing Process

Your lips will appear more pigmented immediately after the procedure.
In the next 2–3 days, light scabbing (similar to dry, peeling skin) may occur.
Please do not pick or peel the scabs — allow them to fall off naturally.
It's normal for your lips to look a little uneven or patchy during this time, but things will begin to settle after about a week.

⚠️ Preventing Infection

Your lips are in a delicate state with many micro-wounds.
To avoid infection, especially cold sores (herpes), practice good hygiene.
Do not share towels, cups, utensils, or anything that may come into contact with your mouth.
Keep the area clean for at least 10 days, and if you’ve ever had cold sores before, please consult your dermatologist in advance.

💧 Moisturizing

From the morning after your procedure, use a clear lip balm or Vaseline to keep your lips well-hydrated.
Some dryness or flaking is normal—just remember not to touch or peel the skin.

🛁 Exercise & Bathing

Avoid intense workouts, hot baths, or saunas for about 10 days.
These can increase your body temperature and interfere with healing.
Chemical peels or exfoliating treatments should also be avoided during this time.

🍜 Eating & Smoking

For the first week, please avoid:

• Raw foods (like sushi or sashimi)
• Spicy or highly pigmented foods
• Hot soups or drinks
• Anything that may irritate or stain the lips

Whenever possible, use a straw to minimize direct contact with your lips.
Avoid smoking for at least a few days, as it can delay the healing process.

💄 Lip Makeup

You can safely resume wearing lip makeup after 7 days.

💰 Touch-Up Policy

A discounted touch-up session is available within 3 months of your initial treatment.
The touch-up fee is 300,000 KRW.
